The big step to self-happiness is to appreciate yourself, that way you can love and be happy with yourself, you can’t be happy when you don’t appreciate yourself by comparing and competing yourself with others when you are stuck in that mindset you will realize yourself getting unhappy with each passing day.

Embrace your emotions

When you keep hating yourself for the way you feel, you will never be happy with yourself, you need to embrace every one of your emotions and understand that is the way you are, don’t fake any emotion, and don’t force any if you want to cry do so and let it all out don’t fake a smile in place of it.

Smiling can reduce stress and sad feelings, it is so contagious that you will find yourself feeling lightweight and happier as the days go by, don’t bottle up your smiles, let them out and feel free.
