1. The Holland Scholarship
The NL Scholarship (formerly known as the Holland Scholarship) is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s in the Netherlands. 2. The Orange Tulip Scholarship
Orange Tulip Scholarships (OTS) are for international students from outside Europe who want to do their master’s in the Netherlands. The program is administered by Nuffic and offered specifically to excellent students.
The school wants to bring in smart students from Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Mexico, South Korea, and China. The amounts of scholarships run from €5,000 to €25,000.
The Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP) gives Ph.D. and postdoc funding in all academic fields to people who want to get degrees that focus on research. In addition to education, fellowships cover living and travel costs. Applicants can be from more than 50 poor countries.
3. The Justus and Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship
The Justus and Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarships are prestigious scholarships offered by the Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands. These scholarships are designed to support high-achieving international students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree program at TU Delft. For two years, the grant pays up to €42,000 for tuition and living costs. Winners are chosen based on their motivation and great study results.
4. Leiden University Excellence Scholarships
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship (LExS) is for excellent students joining a full-time Leiden University Master’s degree program, except for the LLM (non-advanced) and MSc programs at Leiden Law School.
5. University of Maastricht High Potential Scholarships
What is the NL-High Potential Scholarship? Each academic year, Maastricht University awards 24 full scholarships worth €30,000, which includes a tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend. This scholarship program is designed to support outstanding students who wish to undertake a Master’s program at UM.
6. Radboud University Scholarship Program
The Radboud Scholarship Program offers talented, highly motivated, non-EEA students with outstanding study results the opportunity to be awarded a scholarship for a complete English-taught Radboud University Master’s program.
7. Utrecht University Excellence Scholarships
The Utrecht Excellence scholarship can be awarded as the tuition fee, or. the tuition fee plus the income required for one year linked to a residence permit for study as determined by the IND (Immigration and Naturalization Service).
